St Carthage's Cathedral is organising a series of "Lenten Lunches"on Fridays throughout Lent. For €5.00 all are welcome to enjoy a lunch of homemade soup and bread. All money raised will be donated to Christian Aid for use in various Third World projects.
The luncheon series began on Friday 11th March at The Deanery. The remaining lunch locations are:
Friday 18th March: 'Alana', Chapel Street (opposite Blackwater Books)
Friday 25th March: St Vincent de Paul, Fernville
Friday 1st April: Maureen Doherty, East Main St
Friday 8th April: St Vincent de Paul, Ferville
Friday 15th April: The Deanery (beside St Carthage's Cathedral)
