Food Framed and Amuse Bouche: 4th December 2010

“Food Framed” is a charitable silent auction of handwritten recipes and other documents from some of the world’s greatest chefs and food writers. In aid of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, “Food Framed” features lots from Richard Corrigan, Thomas Keller, Guy Savoy, Darina Allen, Gary Rhodes, Tom Doorley, Paul Flynn, Ferran Adria, Ken Hom, Paolo Tullio and others.

By kind permission of Lord and Lady Burlington Food Framed will take place at Lismore Castle Arts, Lismore, County Waterford on Saturday 4th December 2010 11am-4pm.

Make it a culinary day out with Amuse Bouche’s “Christmas Cookery with a Twist” classes also on Saturday 4th December. Beth-Ann Smith, chef at Lismore Castle, will show you how to make the perfect Christmas dinner with all the trimmings in the morning. A sit down lunch will be followed by a stroll to the “Food Framed” auction before afternoon classes covering starters, deserts, nibbles and drinks.
