Robert Boyle Family Science Day

The Robert Boyle Family Science Day on Sunday 18th November is a FREE action packed day out for children of all ages in Lismore Heritage Centre with lots of exciting experiments, demonstrations and interactive workshops.
On hand to entertain, enlighten (and maybe even educate!) on the day will be the guys from CALMAST WIT whose Picnic Science Show, Kitchen Chemistry and fun science, technology, engineering and maths displays have been a huge hit with the crowds at Spraoi and Waterford Harvest Festival to name just a few.

Waterford County Council will be busy promoting, exploring and uncovering the wonderful biodiversity of Co. Waterford.
Visiting us on Sunday too will be the crew from Lifetime Lab in Cork who has promised to choose the very best bits from their great school tours, workshops and science camps to amaze all the kids in the Heritage Centre.
Last but not least we couldn’t forget the in-house scientists from Lismore Heritage Centre with their usual fun and educational science experiments – gooey slime, explosive rockets, bouncy balls, and weird solutions.

All the scientific fun and games will run from 2.30-5.30pm on Sunday 18th November and will be followed by fireworks in the Millennium Park- MISS IT AT YOUR PERIL!
